Question by Exclass: when is it safe to start having sex after child birth? I gave birth to my first son on the 11th of january 201?

I and my husband try sex on the 10th of february 2011 but it was very pain full.

You need to wait at least 2 more weeks, what people don't seem to understand is that you are healing down there, and by introducing any kind of outside liquids it can cause a really bad infection.
